Job Description

Duties
Help desk\Support
– Monitoring \follow up on support calls with service desk as well as 3rd Party Help desk

Development
– Report writing
– Analyzing\investigating data queries – Excel knowledge \SQL
– Ensure that agreed procedures for change requests are adhere to by Company members and Point of sale supplier
– Ensure that requirements/requests are met in any new release of point of sale software
– Document any changes to point of sale software to ensure that members/regional IT is up to date

Projects
– Co-ordinate implementation of new development at store level from 3rd Party providers
– Assist with system integration\implementation between Point of sale and other systems

Skills:
SQL Script Writing

Beneficial:
Retail experience working with Point of Sales systems
Experience with SAP
Python knowledge
