  • Must have matric or a NQF 4 qualification
  • Merchandising standards and principles
  • Knowledge of meat cuts/products
  • IR Knowledge
  • FMCG principles
  • Driver’s License

 

  1. To manage all stock in the Region
  2. To monitor the hygiene & safety processes of the Region
  3. To perform people management functions for the Region
  4. To drive and manage all promotional activities in the Region
  5. To report on all sales activities of and complete administrative duties for the Region
