General summary

Direct the Outbound Operations to ensure accurate and timely picking/dispatch processes of all orders with maximum efficiency. Ensure effective coaching methods throughout the outbound operations while maintaining all company policies and procedures.

Competencies (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities) required

 Bachelors’ degree and min. of 1-year warehouse distribution management experience required along with strong background of       leadership training/development.
 Ideal candidate must be proficient with MS Office (i.e. Word, Excel, etc.)
 Knowledge of WMS systems/software (i.e. SAP, Shop14, etc.).
 Be able to multi-task and perform excellent communication, supervisory and customer service skills.
 Must be able to identify problems and resolve in a timely manner
 Must possess a sense of urgency and ability to prioritize tasks and resources appropriately.
 Promote an environment conducive to maximum employee morale, productivity, and effectiveness.
