Free State and Northern Cape Region 

  • Matric with a relevant qualification
  • 2 to 3 Years’ training and assessing experience within the Food Industry or
  • 2 to 3 Years’ experience as a specialist in the Meat Industry
  • Must be able to do a Block Test
  • Knowledge of hygiene and safety standards within the Meat Industry
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Excellent administrative skills
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills (English & Afrikaans)
  • Accurate and detail orientated
  • Excellent people skills
  • Excellent numerical and literacy skills
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Must be willing to travel
