Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist with the system integration\implementation between Point of sales system and other systems.
- Implement and support systems
- Liaising with 3’rd Party providers & SLA’s
- Assist with the investigations of data queries, stock take’s, etc.
- Training: Point of Sale Systems, Basic PC training etc
- Reporting: Weekly Monthly Reports – store visits, problem stores reporting on system issues
- Job Requires travelling between stores
- Supporting Microsoft products
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Masters Computer Diploma
- Microsoft Certified Professional
- Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer
