Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist with the system integration\implementation between Point of sales system and other systems.
  • Implement and support systems
  • Liaising with 3’rd Party providers & SLA’s
  • Assist with the investigations of data queries, stock take’s, etc.
  • Training: Point of Sale Systems, Basic PC training etc
  • Reporting: Weekly Monthly Reports – store visits, problem stores reporting on system issues
  • Job Requires travelling between stores
  • Supporting Microsoft products


Desired Experience & Qualification

  • Masters Computer Diploma
  • Microsoft Certified Professional
  • Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer
