Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities

This management role entails the following:

  • Planning and organising the medium and long-term activities of the retail branch
  • Monitoring stock
  • Ability to maintain a high standard of housekeeping and merchandising
  • Ensuring that set targets are achieved
  • Managing a large complement of staff

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • Matric
  • Valid Driver License
  • At least 3 years managerial experience in the Hardware / Building Industry
  • Must be fully conversant with the hardware and building industry
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Excellent manegerial capabilities
  • Computer literate
  • Must be able to work with and motivate staff
