Successfully manage the business side of the Fresh Foods departments (Delis, Hot Foods, Take Aways and Bakeries) within the Division as well as productivity and cost effectiveness within budget outlines.
Desired Experience & Qualification
The minimum requirement is:
- Matric (Grade12) with a Culinary qualification and a Business Management background.
- Previous experience at managerial level within the Foods Industry (Essential)
- Valid driver’s license
- Capable to multitask and manage many different areas at once
- Must be willing to travel within the division/region
- Must have strong managerial capabilities
- Excellent Communication skills
